Gooseberry jam

Main Ingredients:

👉Amla-300 gm
👉blackdates-6 nos
👉cinnamon powder-1/4 tsp
👉black pepper powder-1/4 tsp
👉gried ginger powder-1/4 tsp

Procedure:

Boil 300 gram of amla in a pressure cooker.leave it for 1 whistle

separate the seeds and amla 

Add the separate amla in mixer and add black dates make a fine paste

take a pan add the brown sugar into it and pour the amla boil water to dissolve the sugar

Add the amla paste into it mix well

Then add the cardamom powder,pepper powder into it and mix well

Now add lemon juice and dried ginger powder into it.

stir well

once it get thickened slower the burner for 3 minute off it

now amla jam is ready

cool down and store in airtight container
