kolukattai for chatutri.
Health mix is have wheat,badam,sprouts,brown sugar or jaggery,millets etc..it give enegry and strength to the body.health mix is to boost stamina.health is avaliable easily and also we prepared in home.it also used for growing kids.

For Health mix kolukattai
Health mix powder-1 cup
brown sugar-1/4 cup
cardamom-2 nos
dried ginger powder-1/4 tsp
Fig-1/2 tsp chopped
hot water as per required
Process:
🍴we take health mix powder , brown sugar,cardamom,dried ginger powder mix it well
🍴add hot water and fig make a dough.
🍴 then make a balls and stuffed in kolukattai mould.
🍴then keep for streaming after 15 min it get prepared
