Chicken Gravy

 CHICKEN GRAVY:

                Most of the people like chicken because its is easy to cook and tasty.In weekend or special occasion we loved to cook chicken recipes.chicken is very low cost when compared to other meat items. chicken is good source of protein it contain vitamin and minerals involved in brain function.

                           
                               

              Now we going to see how to make chicken gravy.it is easy and flavourful.this gravy is suitable for chappathi,dosa,idly,streamer rice,naan and parottas.

Ingredients:

๐Ÿ“chicken- 1/2 kg cut
๐Ÿ“Oil-2 tbsp
๐Ÿ“shallots-20 chopped
๐Ÿ“ginger garlic paste-2 tbsp
๐Ÿ“curry leaves-1 sprigs
๐Ÿ“green chilly-2 cut
๐Ÿ“tomato-2 chopped
๐Ÿ“salt as per required
๐Ÿ“cardamom-2
๐Ÿ“cloves-3
๐Ÿ“cinnamon-6 sticks
๐Ÿ“fennel seeds-1 tsp
๐Ÿ“tumeric powder-1/4 tsp
๐Ÿ“pepper powder-1 tsp
๐Ÿ“chilly powder-1 tsp
๐Ÿ“kashmiri chilly powder-1/2 tsp
๐Ÿ“garamasala-1 tsp
๐Ÿ“coriander powder-1 tsp
๐Ÿ“water -1 class

Process:

   ๐Ÿ—Wash the chicken with tumeric and salt water with 3 or 4 times
     ๐Ÿ—Keep a pan add oil and above spices fry it
     ๐Ÿ—Add shallots when its colour changes as brown and then add                  curry leaves,green chilly and ginger garlic paste fry it well.
     ๐Ÿ—Add masala's on above ratio stir it well and add water to cook.
     ๐Ÿ—when the water gets absorb and oil be separated then gravy is                ready and finally add curry leaves on it.

Add cinnamon,cloves and cardamom

 
Add shallots

                                                           When the colour change

Add salt into it

        Add ginger garlic paste
                                    
                                                    Add green chilly and curry leaves
 
                                                            Add chopped tomato
                     
                                                                    fried it well
  
                                                     Add chicken piece into it
                      
                                                        Add tumeric and pepper powder
                            

                                  Add chilly,kashmiri chilly,garam masala and coriander powders

Add water into it


                                                                       close with lid for 15 minutes
                             
                                       after the lid opened the water gets evaporated


                                                                  now the gravy is ready
                                                                   

                                                               Garnish with curry leaves
