CHICKEN GRAVY:
Most of the people like chicken because its is easy to cook and tasty.In weekend or special occasion we loved to cook chicken recipes.chicken is very low cost when compared to other meat items. chicken is good source of protein it contain vitamin and minerals involved in brain function.
Now we going to see how to make chicken gravy.it is easy and flavourful.this gravy is suitable for chappathi,dosa,idly,streamer rice,naan and parottas.

Ingredients:
๐chicken- 1/2 kg cut
๐Oil-2 tbsp
๐shallots-20 chopped
๐ginger garlic paste-2 tbsp
๐curry leaves-1 sprigs
๐green chilly-2 cut
๐tomato-2 chopped
๐salt as per required
๐cardamom-2
๐cloves-3
๐cinnamon-6 sticks
๐fennel seeds-1 tsp
๐tumeric powder-1/4 tsp
๐pepper powder-1 tsp
๐chilly powder-1 tsp
๐kashmiri chilly powder-1/2 tsp
๐garamasala-1 tsp
๐coriander powder-1 tsp
๐water -1 class
Process:
๐Wash the chicken with tumeric and salt water with 3 or 4 times
๐Keep a pan add oil and above spices fry it
๐Add shallots when its colour changes as brown and then add curry leaves,green chilly and ginger garlic paste fry it well.
๐Add masala's on above ratio stir it well and add water to cook.
๐when the water gets absorb and oil be separated then gravy is ready and finally add curry leaves on it.

Add shallots
Add salt into it
Add ginger garlic paste
Add tumeric and pepper powder
Add chilly,kashmiri chilly,garam masala and coriander powders
close with lid for 15 minutes
Garnish with curry leaves
Add water into it
after the lid opened the water gets evaporated
now the gravy is ready
Garnish with curry leaves
