Elaneer Payasam:
" payasam/Kheer" is traditional dish in india.it will be differ state to state.payasam made on occasional day.this elaneer payasam is served as prasada in temples in kerala.it is a authentic dish.
Elaneer payasam or tender coconut kheer is a quick and delicious dessert.we add tender coconut water,coconut milk,tender coconut pulp,almond pisin to prepare this payasam.we need few ingredients to make the elaneer payasam.Elaneer payasam is too healthy and tasty.we easily made on without fire.it is served in chilled and also fantastic taste.

Main Ingredients:
🌴Coconut milk-1/2 cup
🌴Coconut pulp and water mix-1/2 cup
🌴almond pisin-2 tbsp
🌴cardamom-1
🌴condensed milk-1/4 cup
🌴badam-5 chopped
🌴cashew-5 chopped
Process:
Add the tender coconut pulp and water in a jar mix in a pulse mood
Take a bowl add coconut milk,mixture of pulp,almond pisin,condensed milk mix well
after that we add crushed cardamom,chopped badam and cashew nuts mix well
Now the payasam is ready to serve.

Add the coconut milk as per above ingredients
Then add the pulp mix into it
this almond pisin it soak it for overnight
Almond pisini is comes like this add it in payasam
Add the condensed milk into it
cardamom into it
chopped nuts into it
gently mix the payasam
Now the payasam is ready to serve
